On November 15, UWC Changshu China welcomed a group of special guests: fifteen children with special needs from the Changshu Xin Cheng Early Intervention Centre for Children with Special Needs, their parents or guardians, and three teachers from Xin Cheng Centre.

Central Saint Martins, the world's leading fashion design school, once organized a white show with the themes of "lover", "traditional borderline", and "your thought on art". Beginning with the replica of the three, exploring and establishing the connection between them, and ending with giving the show a narrative, Daybreak was successfully held on September 24th at EKA Tianwu in Shanghai.

On August 27th, during rain, a new cohort of students arrived at UWC Changshu China and joined the big family of UWC.

Passion Project is a core component of the Foundation Program (FP) of UWC Changshu China, which aims to cultivate students to conduct in-depth research on areas of interest and turn them into practical projects in order to enhance the ability to put knowledge into practice. In this issue, Betty Lu, a FP student, shared her Passion Project. Betty spent a year exploring and studying the plant species on campus and compiled an ebook of plants introducing more than 30 species of plants with beautiful illustrations.

Recently, UWC Changshu China received the outcome of the NEASC-CIE accreditation visit which took place last October. New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) Commission on International Education (CIE) has awarded UWC Changshu China Accreditation.
