If students successfully graduate from UWC and enroll in one of the Davis partner colleges or universities, they may receive financial aid through institutional grants that support need-based scholarships. To be eligible for the Davis Scholarship, students must apply for need-based financial aid at the time of their application.
The Davis Scholarship is not a third-party scholarship; rather, it is a grant that helps the partner institution pay for the student’s cost of attending their university. The amount of financial aid provided by each partner institution varies based on how many UWC students are currently enrolled at that school. Every year UWC students are awarded scholarships to study at colleges and universities around the world. Some of these are through the Davis Program, but many are from other sources. Other universities offering scholarships specifically for UWC students include University College London (UK), IE University and Esade (Spain), Hong Kong University, and Trent University (Canada). UWC Changshu students have also been recipients of the Morehead-Cain Scholarship (UNC-Chapel Hill) as well as the International Leaders of Tomorrow and Wehrung Scholarships (University of British Columbia).
