Elisha joined UWC Changshu in 2016. Prior to working at UWC Changshu he spent fifteen years working in the Undergraduate Admissions Office at Brown University. At Brown Elisha chaired undergraduate admissions committees and also directed the transfer admission program. He also worked in the College Admissions Office at Hampshire College for two years. He received his bachelor's degree from Brown University.

Alex joined UWC Changshu in 2019. Prior to working at UWC Changshu she worked in graduate admissions at Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, and in undergraduate admissions at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally she worked as a university counselor at Minds Matter Boston providing support to high-achieving low-income students. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In addition to her work as a university counselor, Alex is a member of the school’s Anti-Racism Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee and supervises the Musical Nerds zhi xing.

Ramie joined UWC Changshu in 2019. Prior to working at UWC Changshu he worked in graduate admissions at Harvard Kennedy School and in undergraduate admissions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In addition to his work as a university counselor Ramie also supervises one of the residential dormitories on campus as a Head of House. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Ramie supervises the Ultimate Frisbee team and is the Chair of the UWC Staff Welfare Committee.

Kavita joined UWC Changshu in 2020. Prior to working at UWC Changshu she worked as a Senior Education Advisor for EducationUSA in Malaysia. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and is currently completing a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham. In addition to her work as a university counselor, Kavita is a member of the school’s Anti-Racism Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee.

Yingzhi joined UWC Changshu in 2014, working in the admissions office from 2014-2015, the communication office from 2015-2017, and then joining the University Counseling office in her current role. She received her bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University of the Arts and her master’s degree from the University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins College. She is the SAT and ACT coordinator for UWC Changshu.
