Hung has 20 years of experience in the education and investment management industries. Before arriving at UWC Changshu as Director of University Counseling, Hung served as Vice President and Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid at Bennington College, Director of Admissions Strategy and Planning at Colby College, and Admissions Strategist at Bowdoin College. All three colleges – Bennington, Bowdoin, and Colby – are DavisUWC Scholars partner colleges.

Amie joined UWC Changshu in 2023. Prior to working at UWC Changshu she worked for the admission office at Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to her work in college admissions, Amie’s education work experience includes Bowdoin College,Poly Prep Country Day School, and Pine Cobble School. Amie received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colby College, and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from University of Southern New Hampshire.

Prior to working at UWC Changshu she served as a college counselor at Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy, where she also co-founded the school debate team and the Mock Trial Club. Prior to becoming a college counselor, she was a legal counsel at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. Alison received her bachelor’s degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, and her master’s degree from Ghent University in Belgium.

Betty Huang joined UWC Changshu in 2024. Prior to working at UWC Changshu, she served as a college counselor at Fudan International School in Shanghai, China. Betty received her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley with a major in Environmental Sciences and minors in Education and Forestry. She is currently pursuing her master’s dual degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Louisiana Monroe.
