Christopher Hodachok
Christopher joined UWC Changshu China in 2020. He has two decades of experience in East Asia as an IB teacher, coordinator, workshop leader, and examiner. Before becoming an international educator, Christopher worked in public diplomacy and professional development programming. He received a BA in History and Philosophy from Rutgers and has graduate degrees in education from University of Nottingham, University of Southern California, and the Education University of Hong Kong.
As an educational leader at UWC Changshu, Christopher has served as Head of the Diploma Programme, IB Coordinator, Accreditation Coordinator, and previously as TOK and EE Coordinator. He believes strongly in education as force to unite people, nations, and cultures, and in cultivating a rigorous academic environment that facilitates critical reflection and engagement, intercultural dialogue, and personal responsibility.
Outside of school hours, Christopher reads, weight trains, and collects books.
