Simon Ma is Vice Principal with oversight of student life. He is a founding member of UWC Changshu China who joined the College in 2015. Simon currently leads the residential program, advisory program, health and wellbeing center, counseling services, and student services which are essential components of students’ boarding and learning experience at UWC. At the same time, he is designated safeguarding lead and teacher of Chinese A in IB Diploma Programme.

Prior to UWC Changshu China, Simon worked in Hong Kong and the United States in International education and public schools in both secondary and tertiary educational institutions.
