Iryna joined UWC Changshu China in 2025. Prior to UWC Changshu China, with her 15 years of university counselling experience, she divided her time between roles in secondary and higher education. She worked at international schools in China, including most recently Nanjing International School, and taught at universities in Europe and North America. She holds a master's degree from Dartmouth College and a PhD from the University of Cambridge. She is also a published poet and translator.
