Ms. Jingbo Wang has more than 20 years of work experience in the financial and wealth management industry. She entered the financial industry in 1992 and had served as General Manager at Asset Management Headquarter of Xiangcai Securities, Deputy General Manager of Xiangcai Heyin Fund Management Company, and General Manager at Private Finance Headquarters of Xiangcai Securities. In August 2005, Ms. Jingbo Wang led the founding team to establish Noah Wealth. On November 10, 2010, Noah Wealth was listed on the New York Stock Exchange with the listing code NOAH. In July 2022, Noah Wealth was relisted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the listing code 6686, becoming the first independent wealth management institution in China to achieve dual listing of Hong Kong and US stocks. In December of the same year, it completed the conversion of its main listing status on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Since its listing, the cumulative asset allocation has exceeded RMB 900 billion. Ms. Jingbo Wang holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management from Sichuan University. In 2009, she entered the Global CEO Class at China Europe International Business School. Ms. Jingbo Wang was awarded Wealth Leader of the Year by Asian Private Banker in 2022. She was also recognized as one of Top 30 Most Influential Business Woman in China in 2019 by China Entrepreneur. Ms. Jingbo Wang was listed on Forbes’ China Top 100 Businesswomen in 2017. In the same year, she was also recognized as an Outstanding Leader of the Year by Wealth APAC, and received International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Award from the International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC) Foundation. Ms. Jingbo Wang is dedicated to public welfare. In 2014, she established the "Noah Charity Foundation", focusing on autism and spiritual welfare. With nearly RMB 10 million donations collected, this foundation has benefited nearly 10,000 people.
