经相关政府部门批准，常熟UWC于5月6日开学。根据政府的有关返校开学防控新冠病毒肺炎的工作指引，结合我校的实际情况，由我校返校准备工作委员会牵头，各部门的紧密配合，完成了我校的防控方案，并进行了多次模拟演练，确保所有社区成员返校复学后的安全，让师生安心、家长放心。

Approved by the local government, UWC Changshu China reopened on 6th May. In accordance with the guidelines given by the local government in relation to the measures to prevent COVID-19 after the reopening of the campus, taking into consideration the situation of the College, led by the Return to Campus Committee of UWC Changshu China and with the support and cooperation by other departments involved, our College has completed our prevention of COVID-19 plan and has conducted several dry runs to ensure the safety of the community members after the reopen of the College.

返校核酸检测/NAT Test

为确保返校师生的健康，常熟疾控中心为学校所有老师和学生进行新冠病毒核酸检测。

To ensure all students and staff are healthy, Changshu Disease Control Centre took the NAT test for all our students and staff on campus.

学生需出示“苏城码”绿码并完成学生健康调查，方可进入校园。

Students must show the green Suzhou Health Code and the completed health survey to enter the school campus.

若学生因任何原因身体不适，请勿入校，需留在家里观察或就医。

If the student is unwell for any reason, the student must not come to school but stay at home for observation or go to see a doctor.

若学生进校时体温检查超过37.3°C ，需在临时隔离室隔离，由学校卫生室重复检测后给予建议（包括就医建议）。

We will monitor student’s health daily. If any student has a temperature of over 37.3°C, the student should go to the medical isolation room and wait for school nurse’s further test and advice (including the hospital visit advice).

学生在校期间，每日四次体温检测。

All students will take temperature check four times a day.

若学生出现发烧等可疑症状，会被带至指定隔离室。学校会立即将学生情况告知导师或者宿舍楼长并作出相关的医学流程的判断， 如：进一步观察、就医或去发热门诊。

If a student is suspected of having a fever, the student concerned will be moved to a medical isolation room and the advisor or Head of House will be informed immediately and the student concerned will remain at the medical isolation room for further observation, or go to see a doctor, or attend a fever clinic.

只有在紧急情况下，学生才会被送至发热门诊。学校会立即通知家长。学生治愈后须向学校护士提供医院的健康证明方可返校。

Only if it is deemed a medical emergency, will a student be taken to a fever clinic. Parents will be informed immediately. A medical certificate must be provided to the school nurse in order for a student to return to school.

保健室每日08:00-16:30开放并已作好紧急值班安排，护士会按正常程序治疗常见疾病。

Our wellbeing center opens daily between 08:00-16:30, with emergency duty available. Common illness will be treated in accordance with normal school procedure.

正确佩戴和处置口罩/Face Masks

学生需要佩戴口罩。学校提供一次性医用口罩。

Students need to wear face masks. College provides face masks to students.

学生在教室内，上课途中或需要与他人共处一室时需要戴口罩，并且知道如何正确佩戴和摘下口罩以及正确处置用过的口罩。

Students need to wear mask in classroom or on the way going to class, or whenever they need to share space with others. Everyone should be aware of the right way of putting on, taking off the mask and disposing the used masks.

摘下口罩时，尽量不要触摸口罩的外面，可用75％的酒精喷洒表面，然后将其置于带盖垃圾桶中，或将其放置在由物业管理部门放置的带有消毒剂的特定垃圾桶中，并立即洗手。

When removing the mask, try not to touch the outer side and spray the surface with 75% alcohol, then dispose in the trash cans with lids or depose in the specific trash bins with disinfector placed by the property management and wash hands immediately.

废弃口罩专用垃圾箱

一次性医用口罩，应每4小时更换，或在破损，污染或潮湿后立即更换。N95医用口罩可以使用24至48小时，如有破损，污染或潮湿应立即更换。

Disposable medical masks should be replaced every 4 hours or immediately after being damaged, polluted or wet. N95 mask can be used for 24 to 48 hours without being damaged or polluted.

食堂用餐规则/Meal and Snack Time in the School Canteen

学生会在指定的午餐时间就餐，以防食堂过于拥挤。学校将提供套餐以替代原有自助餐形式。学生统一面朝一个方向坐下就餐，不可面对面就餐。

Students will have a specific meal snack timetable to prevent overcrowding in the canteen. Students will all sit at tables facing one direction. Students will be offered set menu instead of buffet style meal plan.

学校图书馆及考试中心将布置为自习空间， 每人有固定的座位， 不交叉，人员间距2米以上。

The library and exam hall will be set up as the self-study area, with designated table and seat, no cross over, and with two meters in between.

校园公共区域、教室、宿舍每日消毒/Disinfection of Common Areas, Classrooms and Dorms

每天使用喷雾消毒对学校楼道、楼梯扶手、会议室、剧院、电梯、厕所等公共区域进行消毒。

The main common areas of the school including the school corridor, staircase handrails, conference rooms, theatre, lifts, toilets and other public areas will be disinfected every day.

教室和宿舍会有紫外线灯消毒，以及每天进行两次喷雾消毒。

Air disinfection with ultraviolet disinfection lamps or air disinfectant will be done twice every day in dorms and classrooms.

洗手间每天进行多次消毒。返校第一天，在获得核酸检测结果前的临时隔离期间，洗手间每用一次会消毒一次。

Bathrooms will be disinfected many times daily, especially on the first day upon students returning. During the temporary isolation before the NAT tests results come out, toilet will be disinfected after every single use.

通风和空调/Ventilation and Air Conditioning

学校暂不会使用供暖或制冷系统，除非另行通知。

No heating or cooling systems will be used in the school until further notice.

教室每天通风3次以上，每次20-30分钟。

Classrooms will be ventilated three or more times a day for 20-30 minutes.

老师会向所有学生示范如何洗手和佩戴口罩。

学校在所有洗手间配置洗手液。在下列情况下，需要洗手：咳嗽或打喷嚏后；进食前后；饮水前后；休息后；如厕后；手脏时；运动后；与他人有肢体接触后；从教室外回来后；取送物品前后。

The school has equipped the liquid soap in every toilet. Hand washing is required in the following situations: after coughing or sneezing; before and after eating; before and after drinking, after break; after using the toilet; when hands are dirty; after sports; after physical contact with others; after coming back from outside the classroom; before and after delivering items.

学校在所有教学楼出入口，宿舍楼出入口和食堂外提供免洗手部消毒液。并在指定场所使用新型纳米抗病毒长效溶胶。

Hand sanitizer will be provided at all major entrances of each building and outside the canteen. In addition, advanced Nano anti-virus sol will be sprayed at the designated places.

防疫物资准备/Sufficient Stock of Materials

在疫情爆发后， 学校第一时间准备了充足的防疫物资。学校配备了红外线测温仪、体温计、额温枪等。并按要求配备了充足的口罩、消毒水、洗手液、一次性手套、防护服等物资，保证防疫耗材的持续供应。

We have already prepared sufficient stock of materials to prevent COVID-19 which include masks, disinfectant, hand sanitizer and etc.

防疫培训/Training

所有后勤和保洁人员都参加了全面培训，培训内容包括防疫消毒、保洁基础知识、防疫知识、消毒水配比、消毒频次等。

All logistics and cleaning staff have taken part in the training on prevention of COVID-19, the correct use of disinfectant and the frequency required as well as the hygiene standard.
